What does it cost?

Claiming an AQ Passport, the readiness check and the Get AQ Ready program are free forever. A full 8-vector verified test session is a one-off $149. School, club and academy clinic days are priced per squad — talk to our team.

My child is under 18 — who creates the account?

A parent or guardian does. Every under-18 passport is parent-held: you build their passport, link the athlete, and control consent, sharing and any testing booking from your own dashboard. On the athlete's 18th birthday the passport transfers to them automatically and your access ends that day.

How do I change guardian control or delete our data?

Guardian control can be transferred through the Guardian Transfer process, which is reviewed and audited by our team. To delete everything, use the danger zone in your dashboard — adults, scouts and organisations delete their own account, and a parent deletes their under-18 athlete's passport. A parent account itself can only be deleted once every linked athlete has turned 18 and taken over their passport, or guardianship has been transferred. Details are in the Privacy Policy and Privacy Collection Notice.

How do I delete my account and all of my data?

Open your dashboard, go to Sharing (parents: Consent & Controls) and use the danger zone. Type DELETE, confirm your password, and the passport is hidden from scouts, rankings and every share link immediately. You then have 30 days to change your mind — one click in the dashboard or in the email restores everything. After 30 days the profile, login, verified results, history and related records are permanently erased and cannot be recovered. Under 18, only the parent or guardian holding the passport can request the deletion — and a parent account can only be deleted once every linked athlete has turned 18 or guardianship has been transferred. Scout and organisation accounts have the same danger zone on their dashboard.

There are no testing dates yet — what am I actually joining?

The waitlist. When a testing window opens near you, waitlist athletes get first pick of date, venue and time slot before anyone else. Joining is free, there's no card and no commitment, and you get the 6-week Get AQ Ready program the moment you join the waitlist.

Who can see my results, and how do I stop that?

Nobody until you switch sharing on. Scouts and organisations only see a passport that has been published, every view is logged, and access can be revoked at any time. For minors, only the parent can turn sharing on or off.

I'm a scout, club or federation — how do I get access?

Request access through Discover Talent. Applications are reviewed by our team; once approved you get a Scout ID and a secure activation link to set your password and search verified athletes by vector.

We're a school or academy — what does a clinic day look like?

One day on site, one protocol, your whole squad tested across all 8 vectors by certified testers. You get a squad-level report, and every athlete keeps their own passport for life. Talk to our team and we'll build it around your season.

How fast will someone reply?

A real person replies to every question, usually within three business days. Partnership and clinic enquiries may take a little longer because we scope dates and squad size before we come back to you.
